The USTB Chancellor Scholarship is set up to attract international students and scholars to study and conduct research in USTB, as well as to promote the internationalization of its higher education.

Scholarship Coverage

Full scholarship: Tuition fee, Free on-campus dormitory, Living allowance, Comprehensive Medical Insurance

Partial scholarship

Program Categories and Duration

1, This scholarship only supports graduate programs. Scholarship duration is 4 years for bachelors，2-3 years for masters and 4 years for doctors.

For applicants of master or doctoral degree, it is recommended to give priority to the High-Level Postgraduate Program of USTB CSC scholarship (Type-B), and will get the second opportunity for review under the USTB Chancellor Scholarship.

2, The scholarship duration specified in the Admission Letter, cannot be extended in general.

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must:

1, Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.

2, Applicants for bachelor degree, must have high school graduation certificate and be under the age of 30.

3, Applicants for master degree must have bachelor degree and be under the age of 40.

4, Applicants for doctoral degree must have master degree and be under the age of 45.

Approval and Notification

1, International student center will declare the names of successful candidates at the end of June, and will send out admission letters in July.

2, If applicants fail to register before the deadline for registration, their scholarship will be cancelled.
