October 19 to October 30, 2026

II. Eligibility Requirements

1. Applicants must be full-time international students of our university and have completed at least one full academic year of study;

2. Comply with the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the university;

3. Pay tuition, accommodation, and insurance fees in full and on time;

4. Be devoted to their major, maintain good academic performance, and have no disciplinary violations such as truancy, repeated tardiness, or early departure;

5. Attend class meetings on time, actively participate in collective activities, and cooperate with the education and management of international students.

III. Application Method

1. Complete and submit the "USTB Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form"

2. Submit supporting materials obtained during the period from September 2025 to August 2026, including award certificates, the first page of published papers, library retrieval certificates, activity photos, etc. (if any).

Notes:

(1) Applicants with published papers must fill in the Paper Achievement Statistics Form (Excel). The form shall include: Student ID, Name, Paper Title, Journal/Conference Name, Publication Date, Author Order, Journal Impact Factor, Indexing Type, and DOI. Applicants without any published paper do not need to submit this form.

(2) Applicants with competition awards must fill in the Competition Achievement Statistics Form (Excel). The form shall include: Student ID, Name, Award Name, Organizer, Award Level, and Award Date. Applicants without any competition award do not need to submit this form.

(3) The statistics forms shall only include achievements obtained during the period from September 2025 to August 2026.

(4) The electronic versions of the above two statistics forms shall be sent to the mailbox: lifeng@ustb.edu.cn;

File naming rules:

Paper form: Student ID - Name - Paper Achievement Statistics Form.xlsx

Competition form: Student ID - Name - Competition Achievement Statistics Form.xlsx

Electronic materials shall be sent before October 30, 2026; overdue submissions will not be accepted.

3. Paper-based application materials (including the application form, paper-related materials, copies of competition award certificates, etc.) shall be submitted to the class teacher of the International Student Center before October 30, 2026. (All materials shall not be bound / stapled.)
